Risk-aware product rules

Personal-care items must be sealed, labeled, and not expired. Auto parts stay non-safety-critical at launch. Untested electronics are marked clearly.

Items come from estate cleanouts, storage auctions, rental turnovers, trash-out projects, and local recovery jobs.

Most inventory is recovered in small quantities or as single finds. We do not always know what will come in next, and we usually cannot restock the same item.
